Jebins, your advice is right. I MUST be some kind of HELP here. My slight separation from the grief at the heart of this is enough to make that clear.

I've found out something encouraging about myself. I can cry more for someone else than for myself. I've been going through a lot of 'depression' sh** for ages but this is something else.
