The effect that is desired is to egg on the conflict by doing this. When the flash point happens it will not be fun for anybody.

So, is it happening? Yes. When? Now. Why? Knowing it will provote people that are not arm chair protectors of our freedom to respond. When will that happen? If they keep it up it will happen when they provoke the wrong people, and it is getting close!
