Having listened to the audio interviews, I can tell James is the real thing. You can tell a lot by a person's voice. As for the Wingmakers site, technically it's a "hoax", yes. It's a work of fiction. James has said as much.

Anyway, if it really bothers you. Remember you can just walk away, ignore it and concentrate on whatever is it you prefer. There is no need to bring up those old emails trying to prove something.
