love & peace
Being different sounds good at the time to us all, sure -but once Frodo put on that ring and/or also became 'disfigured' by men chasing, fighting, and groping after his ring to experience what 'being [Frodo] is like' or what 'being different is like' or what 'being indigo is like', he wished he never had put it on. Or, that the ring 'had never come to him' nor was the mirror before him ever the same (*see disfigured*). And that was the hole point of Frodo or 'Indigo': do not be or wish to be like someone else or a god or an idol, just simply be the person you are. And the reflection of what we see in the mirror is merely a collage of the millions of loving and beautiful people whom supported us to help give us all the confidence to smile back...

If one is different and enjoying the fame of being different, then that is merely a costume. If it doesn't look fun, then it's not exactly horsebacking on a unicorn through the shire. Maybe look at it in that regard.
