That's usually the way it works. "I didn't vote, voting doesn't really matter, so it ain't my fault. It is A, B, and C's fault that my country has turned to shxt" - never realizing that had they bothered to participate in the first place, they might not have anything to complain about, or would actually have a right to complain.
