Thanks for the welcome Rab … and thanks Chris for reminding us that it all comes back to ourselves, you too Rab.

These days, I have a sense of contented confidence and an inner feeling of knowing myself that allows me to believe that wonderful things will happen some day. Good people should feel they are already part of a much greater good, and that they always will be. I like what you said in post #158 Chris (as I interpreted it) about us all being at different stages of the same journey. This kind of thinking sums things up nicely for me – it’s a simple and attractive concept.

Chin up Sol ... I know that's an easy statement to make, but there's one thing I believe you can take to the Bank ... and that's the genuine caring thoughts that other members of the SGC have for your frustrations.

Again it's an easy thing to say, but try and think happy thoughts and laugh at the small things that go wrong to keep them in perspective. Continually replaying negative stuff in your head leads to stress and illness - I can tell you.
