for a healing retreat !!!
(got an amasing array of awesome crystals/rocks/stones-
native drums / rattles; etc.,etc.etc.,)
(all the office records/hopefully to be housed
in storeage, at my parents cottage-or, fit into
a 5 drawer lateral filing cabinet) <grin>
i am going to simplify my process
call in 3 agents - and, ask them,
as is, how much ...then, sell it privately

and, everyone smiles in the same langauge,
so, i will be all set -- maybe, i should head to the belle
province -- what is your nearest town ?
