I just found the e book and will domnload it today, I know the locals I have talked to, like police (ute Tribe) cheif Smiley, he told me that they were given phone numbers to call as soon as they see ufo or any kind of cattle mutilation. They confirm the activity
It is something I can check out without to much expense.
