I have ALWAYS seen these things my whole life. It was always brushed off whenever I would tell someone, so I stopped mentioning it to people. I went for years not saying anything about it accept for when someone would mention to me that it was happening to them. When I met my boyfriend, he said he has always seen these "shadows" too. These last few years have been very comforting knowing that I am not alone and that I can share with others.
