My 80-90 year old parents are very ill with lung infections/virus at the mo' - if I bought 'off the shelf' stuff ie from Holland and Barrett in the UK - would that be OK? No test results of purification from that product....
Total panic as 'the olds' are soooo ill with a ghastly virus, I have to go imminently to be their carer, and I have advanced COPD (emphysema). Am really scared - if I get their bug I am doomed (uncontrollable cough - high temp - total conjestion) I have only 1/3rd capacity left. I MUST be there for them, but I need to remain functional. HELP!!! Is H&B stuff any good?
