Yeah, in that vein you do have to leave a bit of 'space in the room' for new
surprising stuff. If everybody feels negative and nervous and suspicious (and maybe waiting to be proved 'right' about their projected agenda's) of eveything, no-one will even see whatever little improvements might already be happening - some out there might even stop having a sense of humour
