Seeing as this thread is treating the question of discipline and self disciple i have a question for you Dean Plejaren.

You advocate technology as a solution to problems of the abuse of power. Can you give an example or two and explain how the technology could solve these problems? How can technology supercede the need for laws?

And, how would you define 'proper authority'?
