Well, if you had it legal, and could offer different consistent qualities, the underground would Vanish. Besides it would be patriotic to buy from the substance store and heal the country. As you say the Market is HUGE... I'll lay odds that Al Capone and his cronies, would be out of the substance business, in a year. All profits going to the Gvmnt. And Sweet it would be too!!
