Hi Micjer
I was interested in what you said about listening to people (as opposed to preaching)
Speaking as one who once thought I knew it all (

), part of my rucksack emptying was realising my own tendency to yatter and also to trot out my own pet theories - and over time those had become pretty automatic because I never gave my patterning any audits. It's amazing how entrenched you can become in a view, just because you've always thought that way. It's almost like politics - some people support a political party because 'I've always done so - just like my father before me!' - the party has come to represent more than politics - a lifestyle, an outlook, a social status, love and loyalty to a family member etc. etc.
When I actually started to listen, I realised how much more I could learn from people. Even if it's just in the way I react to them or what they say. I don't say I always succeed - but the lesson has at least hit home.
Sanat - a question, if I may.

How can someone recognise a 'Master'?
This is a genuine question - not one intended to challenge.
