All they need to do is legalize Drugs, Sex and tax the hell out it as in Cigarettes and Alcohol. They would have more money than they would know what to do with. The Whole issue is the Collective's Choice. End of Issue Complete Bull. They are like the Auto Industry, they want a bailout but refuse to wake up and do the right stuff for the last 20 years. Let them go.. it's thier own doing/karma.
