We choose the life we will live in any given incarnation, to evolve our own soul. GOD didn't do it to anybody. We do it ourselves. Downs syndrome or any handicap is what you chose to experience and the parents agreed to have downs kids for their soul growth. We have all experienced in other incarnations every life situation. I could have been george washington or a black slave or a starving child in a third world country or a Bill Gates. Don't ever blame GOD. We all do it for the good of our soul.
