The risk that Steven is referring to~~(and they are informed and know about it in advance, before dropping down from a higher density to this 3rd "to help")~~the risk is that they can load up with wrongful karma, and not be able to get back out, until the karma is erased or the "balance" is gotten back like it should be with atonement(s). His unconscious goal will be to get back to the height he had previously attained. Will probably be a long time before he volunteers for this plane again.Yep; he's stuck.......for a good long time. And it'll be mostly hell. Many others just like him over the past millennia. Jesus; probably from the 7th dimension. These laws "down here" won't allow misery and torture to occur to an entity like what occured to Jesus in his last days on the cross unless it is an atonement to erase the dark (karma, still attached to the entity from previous entity existences on this plane. His last words on the cross were "It is finished." He knew several days before this, that this was what it was going to take for him to be graduated all the way from the 3rd, back to the 7th. (Assuming that it was the 7th; might have been higher.) The blindfold had already been lifted. He knew all. He had been stuck into "the victim consciousness" and bound to the Universal Laws for a minimum of eleven incarnations on this planet. Adam was Jesus' second incarnation.
