A little suspicious here.
Sounds like a good reason, but I don't trust their motives.
Finding them is also a good way to infiltrate, experiment, eliminate them.
Indigenous peoples of the world are the least consideration of the elite, except for experimentation, of course.
Just a gut feeling.
