I do not have any personal proof of this, just a hunch. I think that there are higher powered "off planet" despots that will not allow any massive depopulation plans for reasons having to do with exopolitics. We were supposed to use the technology given to us to increase the number of meat bodies on this planet, not destroy the planet. At least that was the original plan.
From the viewpoint of local exopolitics the Illuminati are just a bunch of small warlords that are being manipulated and trapped by their own insane compulsions. The Illuminati came in from the 4thD retaining their knowledge and powers which gives them the edge on us "lesser beings". Some of them probably still have some sort of existence in the 4thD.
There exists a lower dimension and perhaps they plan to send the disembodied beings there, but that can only occur if these beings are able to be trapped there and not keep coming back to the earth dimension. I don't know if people enmasse are that degraded yet.
What I did see in a past life session, coming up to present time, is that there is a 4th dimension (these beings understand "magic") but it is starting to empty out pretty quick because of the emanations from a more heavily loaded 3rd dimension. You can see some of these people here on earth. Some will come with good intentions and some will come with intentions to take advantage of our blindnesses and have a cushy life for themselves in the 3D as they have been doing for thousands of years already. Not all of these will come to earth by the way. My disclaimer is that this was only what I saw. Others may see something else entirely different, and I do plan to collect more data about this. Someone who operates at a higher frequency will see something different and better.
One of our earliest accepted mandates was "there must be a game". You can observe that it is quite compulsive and lacks a real spirit of fun and play and is not a game where everyone wins.
To turn this game around to a game with infinite possibilities there must be a greater knowledge of the efficacy of current psychotechs. Exposure of crimes and rehabilitation must no longer be opposing ends of the pole -- they must be merged in all possible ways. Illuminati, like ourselves, are eternal beings. That means that we all keep coming back until we get it right. Thus punishment without rehabilitation is a closed end game.
I surmise that on some distant planet eons ago I was once an Illuminati-type warlord, probably worse. This is the first time I am stepping up to the plate to effectively rehabilitate myself. Why? Because I can, now that some spiritual processes exist and I can access them. Because of everything I have seen in my past lives sessions of myself and hubby I see no reason to wallow in that mud pit again. Believe me, a being has to repress a lot of his natural goodness to maintain the Illuminati (ill-illumined) identity. It's too much work
