Alkalize your body like crazy by juicing dark green leafy veggies..kale is excellent with apple. Also drinking wheat grass juice daily. (Best to grow your own.)
These should keep your system strong enough to fight anything. Positive thoughts and visualizations also work wonders. You do need at least 30 minutes of sunlight daily to keep your vitamin D levels high. Do not use any sunscreen. The skin cancer hype is a scam. Sun block causes cancer! Synthetic forms of vitamin D should be a second choice if no sun is available. Our bodies understand nature better than pills.
