yeah i hear they are spraying nano particles to create electro magenetic flux so to speak.. not sure if mogellons has anything to do with this.. the fibres are said to be like nano fibre optic fillaments..

btw if we are aware and conscious then we cant be controlled.. only those still asleep will stay asleep and become further controlled.. nano machines can not overpower the human physical/consciousness connection.. im totaly convinced
