I am of working class stock and when you enjoy a bowl of lobby the contents are not exactly symmetrical with the right colours and placed on the plate in a certain way-it's designed as a staple dish,a stew that you get down yer neck with a crusty loaf!!.The shapes of the vegetables are of no consequence from my perspective and never have been-if anything,if i see a crazy carrot i'll buy it to have a laugh with and then cook it-so you're onto a winner in both ways.Puts a smile on yer face and also fills yer belly!!lol.
