"Phyllis told me that the council of nine had told her that together 12 people alone can change the world"

I beleive this is true, but it is a special group of twelve people with unusual abilities spread across the globe that are supposed to come together to join their abilities that will lead the rest of us. I don't believe that they are all aware of their adgenda yet. Some are awake and some still need to "get the memo".
