That depends on many things. Some are aware, and many have a nagging sensation that they must "wake up", and that they have some sort of "misson" to perform. Everyone come into life with a "blue print" they themselves have set up and accepted before incarnation. We are all "guided" by Providence/Existence towards fulfilling that blue print. For many, these "blue prints" contains hard lessons that needs to be learned in order to move on and evolve/grow. The more you grow/evolve, the more you will become consciously Aware of things. Obama will probably grow along with his mission. His role being that important, he is very protected and guided. To learn more I suggest you read "
