Unfortunately your questions are vague, in order for me to answer i'd need more specifics, but for now.......which alien race precisely? as each has own agenda. Thats difficult to say in few words, a lot of controlling is done by our own governments. I have not personally seen evidence of infiltration no. No i think Bush is just a human dummy not a clone.
