I would just like to ask visitors here to this thread (thus harnessing its power as a temporary top thread) to read Baggywrinkle's multi-post essay above on this page. It was placed in this thread a while back by the mods, and should be read by all Avalonians. Whether you agree or disagree, there is a lot of good effort and INTENT in Baggywrinkle's posts.

I basically just made this post to bring it back on top for a while - so that Baggywrinkle's work gets another shot at being read.
