I have read so much information on the internet the last 4 years it really is quite worrying but now Im trying to pass this all onto a friend who doesnt use the internet so as you can imagine its quite difficult. Therefore Im looking for a book or film that has as much of the info as possible in it so as to save me a mammoth printing task.
