believing you are free is expansion, believing you are non-free, is contraction, from my perspective love and fear are just two emotions wich arent the major players on consciousness expansion.

the love/fear dualization is always a reductionist fallacy proposed to limit your expansion and disempower your personal freedom.

Tryaxis is completely right, if you want to live a full life, don´t force yourself to love others, don´t force yourself to refuse to feel your fears, just accept that you have them, that you are human.
