It took me a few weeks to memorize the mantras and I have been doing the prayers on and off for the last 6 months or so.

For the last 2 months, a positive force, a giddy feeling of ecstasy has been building up in my forehead and my eyes whenever I chant this prayer.

This positive force seems to get stronger and builds up much faster the more I concentrate on chanting this prayer.

My teacher said that this prayer removes the negative karma/forces from you and your ancestors and builds up the positive karma/forces in your lives.
