Of course there will be changes, just the mere fact that a black man with the name Barack Obama is the President of USA, that in it's self is a gigantic change. I can tell you one thing he's in for a ruff ride, he will be attacked from all directions just because he's black and has the wrong name, he also has the economy and the war to deal with.
