First of all, take a good look. That's what people have always done to each other, and there is nothing - NOTHING - like seeing it for yourself. This is the look in the mirror that none of us likes to take. Go throw up and have a good cry.

Now congratulate yourself. You know the worst, you're not like that. Instead of wanting to kill, you feel connected to people. Instead of wanting to hate, you want to love. You hold Light. Come on now, and spread it. That's how we get rid of those despair days.
