According to Q'uo in the March 2008 channellings, "...the anomaly is serious enough that this entire planet has been, as we have said before, quarantined for this major cycle in order to attempt to regulate the mix of contact so that those of negative polarity are able to communicate with entities upon planet Earth only at certain randomized intervals."

I don't think we have to worry about any reptilian agenda.
