i attached 'S.S.' color chart and a diagram that shows how the body is divided into specific areas, to be used for chakra spinning.
He says to imagine some kind of a 'tube' surrounding the body, in which colors 'piles up' on top of the other.
Well, at least this could be a good extra info on the matter...
