I have tried many of the treatments suggested here and none of it worked permanently. And I cannot believe anyone would suggest against taking medications. Avoiding them rendered me nearly paralitic.

Please go to a good doctor. A reumatologist can certainly identify fibro from other conditions. Also, go to a good nutritionist or holistic doctor. Don't gamble with your health.
