I would start digging wells in Africa and install pumps so people would at least have water to drink and
irrigate their soil so they could grow their own food again.

Then there would still be some money left to spend on the work of Amnesty International

And then spend the rest on research on all kinds of free energy.

That would take enough time to keep me occupied for the rest of my life.
