I'd buy out farms, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, etc... and turn them all into utility companies so for example, as long as people can pay monthly fees they can just walk into supermarkets and grab food, completely destroying the value of food relative to supply and deamnd which is honestly a stupid way to treat food in the first place.

I'd probably take these companies apart and sell them on a needs basis to local governments so it doesn't turn into a fascist conglomerate after I died.

Protection and land would be the two most important assets. I'd work on securing land and use my ability to grow vast amounts of food as leverage to change city infrastructures into something more efficient and environmentally sustainable.

Included in infrstructure are all the usual security and welfare measures, everything eventually to be sold to these local communities rather than congomerated into a federal system because 1. Vast Federal Policies ruin economies and people run their own lives better than bureaucracies do and 2. No one would have to go further than their own City Council to find their evil socialist dictator.

Then comes the sex and partying.
