I've a real good one:
There's a company in Downunder which maybe have found a solution for our oil-problem!
They've built up huge basins in which they're rearing seaweed which produces a certain bacteria, which can be combusted as a fuel.
The source is endless, they only need water (saltwater) and sunlight.
This oportunity doesnt need worthy soil (rapeseed oil) nor does it increase the costs for food (corn).
Isnt that cool? I hope this invention will soon effect us all.
