I find the first and last line usually recognizable, but indeed, what does it all mean?

I am Blue Spectral Hand
I dissolve in order to know [that's true he he!]
Releasing Healing [others will have to be the judge of that....]
I seal the store of Accomplishment [hmmm.....?]
With the spectral tone of Liberation [that sounds familiar...]
I am guided by my own power doubled [well, that's true too....]
