it is relly funny you should mention my grandmother who has told me many things beetween heaven and earth from shamaism and lifting curses and trying to get in contact with yourself. she infact lifted a curse of me that destroyed most of electrical instruments that came near me.

i am meditating, but finding this verry hard becouse of instead of relaxing and tryin to relax and let go, my brain relly starts fireing upp. fluxing immages and "ligthning bolts" .

i will look for this book. i am relly willing to try anything couse im relly tired of this "fight".
