For 15 years I served on employment oral panel boards and hired people for my department. You learn to judge people on their skills, talents, and ability to do the job.

I would never hire a 72 year old anybody to run a huge organization if I owned that organization. I also wouldn't hire Sarah Palin either.

But I would hire either Barak Obama or Joe Biden.

This won't be the first time that I'm not voting for my party's candidate.
