Alexandra, it's conjecture for the most part. I was just trying to make the point that in our country, our govt' does many things that we are not aware of. If we knew half the stuff happening we would be up in arms just like the Minutemen.
Your expalnation has given me some confidence in the fact that our govt would not invest such a high cost to control their population when they have other ways.
