I believe you all are giving entirely too much power to the governments and the possibility of the NWO. Has anyone considered the enormity of the project of utilizing an implanted chip? It would take years to set up. They would have to implant every person, in the world, every animal, and every fish. Banks, Hospitals, Schools, , every Public Building, gas stations, all places of employment [and the list goes on and on] would have to have machines and manpower to screen everyone. Implanting people would be the easy part.
