If a person knowingly breaks the law, and ends up in jail...is it the fault of the law, or the law breaker?
Should we only adhere to the rules that suit us at any given time?

I know those questions will anger some people...that is not my intent.
I'm interested in hearing legitimate justification for law breaking.
