Arcora, i believe Jesus was referring to most of the fundamentalist christian preachers when he said things like that.

2000 years ago He also said: "I have many things to say unto you, but you cannot bear them now"

Christendom believes that progressive revelation ended with the books of the 'new testament'. There's no reason to believe that.
