I have had almost every one of these symptoms, and it has been rough. Yet I have also experienced some of the most beautiful moments in my life so far. For me, the ascension process has been very real, quite vivid, and a process of 2 steps forward and 1 step back. I don't really know where this will end for some of us--5D reality perhaps--but it's the journey.
