Hi Arcora,

I agree it takes humilty to "ascend".

It takes a lot of courage as well to allow yourself to be humble and not attach to things of the world. like food and shelter and warm shoes when the snow is falling.

I do assert my free will, free choice as a reminder to be humble and courages...as the carrot in front of the donkey's nose.
