Thank-you for this. 2 months ago I realized i HAD to stop paying my mortgage with Lehman. Not that I had the money, though i have always managed to get them their payment on time without missing once, for an over priced fixer I have been living in for over 5 years .
I wasn't interested in sending my very hard earned money down the black hole of this company, now I know clearly why. I have a very strong connection to the Hopi, Anasasi, southwest area from many lives in that region and I was stunned to find out what Lehman had been up to there. I will in no way ever negotiate a pay off with them. period. They will never get another cent from me for what they have done to that sacred area of the country.
