In the middle of your Youtube shot you accidentaly got the focus right and you can clearly make out the helicopter in the video.

So the question is where is your heart??? I wouldn't be so critical but you are not letting the evidence stand on it's own, you are pushing for the outcome that you want and disire. That is not how a free society works. Forgive me if the truth offends you.
