you're suggestion of guiding ETs to the whitehouse lawn seems like a good one at first. but you have to take into consideration a few other things. there is the universal law of free will. you cannot infringe upon somebodys free will. most of the world would not appreciate ufo's showing up in DC. this is plenty of evidence to supportt his given by many many ufo researchers.
i'm reminded of a story dr. greer shared once. it is well known that he has these CE5 protocols. however, it will only work if everybody in the group has peaceful intentions. there was one particular man who wanted to see these ufo's show up because he must have wanted to make a buck or something, not because he genuinely wanted to make contact and become, as greer calls them, an embassador of earth. everytime this man was present and the group would try to make contact, the ETs would not show. however, this particular guy was late one time and, of course, he just missed the contact.
what we can conclude here is that unless earth as a whole is ready to make contact and has the correct intentions for desiring contact, the ETs will not show up. therefore, no, they will not land on the whitehouse lawn anytime soon. yes, it would end the debate about the existence of ETs, but the ETs do not have to prove their existence.
the proof is abundant for those who wish to find it and can piece it together (quite fankly anytime with half a brain can figure out they exist). landing on the whitehouse lawn would only cause more bad than good at this point in time. but just have patience. the time will come when it will be appropriate for them to do so, it's just not now.
