Here's something else you can do to help us. Run the video on your PC. Stop it at points where you have a good picture. Then do a screen capture, and save it to your hard drive as a separate jpeg file. Then you can post those pictures here, and include them in the messages, so people will get some ideas of what you are talking about. You can even go back to your previous messaged, and use the Edit function, to include some of the photos there.
